My Story
Simone has worked in the Early Childhood industry for over twenty five years. Her experience includes working in multi disciplinary teams as well as overseas in East Timor, within an orphanage for one year.
Other experiences involve working as a qualified Kindergarten teacher, in not for profit organisations, private childcare settings, and council services.
Simone's professional career has worked in partnerships with a range of professionals and networking in various capacities. Having a broad experience in interacting with diverse cultures, families / children from various socioeconomic backgrounds. In these settings, she has supported and educated children with additional needs, achieving positive outcomes through the redirection of behaviours.
Her experience has encompassed successful Assessment and Rating processes as an educational leader. Being highly self motivated with a genuine passion for the early child-hood sector. Simone is constantly continuing to develop her personal / self growth and professional learning.

​Rita Borg (Case Manager). I am a caseworker for complex needs within the Child Protection field. I engaged with Simone's service for extreme behaviour that l have in a child client. The child and Simone have established a solid ground foundation, in order to be able to unpack and rebuild, it took me six months to established a foundation with this same child however after 3 visits the young client waits at the window for Simone to arrive. This indicates the connection and the teachings. Sustainable changes as the child looks forward to see Simone.Assessing the change this early on in the program, indicates that Simone is insightful, knowledgeable professional and has the ability to educate parents and children for the best interest of the entire family. I have since referred two other clients that have very high needs in the behavioral component of complex issues.I endorse and refer to Simone and her company without hesitation for the level of professionalism dedication and solid knowledge.
